A prolific bloomer, covered with clusters of fragrant pink 1/2″ flowers in May. Red berries 1/3″ wide. Striking variegated foliage forms a dense mounded shape. Requires a cool, dry or well-drained site and preferably alkaline soil. Excessive moisture must be avoided. Daphnes are susceptible to high root temperatures.
